Ship labeled samples to 409 Kottman Hall, 2021 Coffey Road, Columbus, OH 43210 along with payment.

Payment by approved e-request or check payable to The Ohio State University.

Results will be delivered via standard electronic data deliverable format in a PDF report.

Written reports available upon request for an additional fee.

Samples will be disposed of within 30 days unless picked up or return delivery shipping included.
